Responsibilities

• People Management: Ensure all team members are properly qualified and trained, while leading recruitment, performance management, and facilitating ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multidisciplinary civil projects as Project Manager, Design Manager, Technical Lead and/or Engineer of Record; interact with clients on project scope, schedule and budget; monitor project completion and contract compliance.
