This role involves managing auditing and monitoring construction contractors to uphold safety protocols minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
The Team Lead - HSE is responsible for establishing and implementing processes and procedures that promote a culture of safety and ensure the smooth and compliant operation of construction sites. Their duties align with GHDs HSE management system and relevant industry codes ensuring that all safety protocols are met while driving continuous improvements in health and safety performance.
