Responsibilities

• Own the production management of several hundred digital and print assets per month.
• Lead and mentor a team of 7 designers and 7-8 external freelancers with a positive mindset and support them in managing backlogs effectively and ensure tasks are well prioritized, defined and in line with our business goals.
