Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional engineering team building AI-powered call center solutions. Oversee the deployment and tuning of STT, TTS, and LLM models. Translate expert agent feedback into model tuning strategies. Manage prompt engineering, RAG/CAG integration, and action workflows. Customize models rapidly for new enterprise clients.
