The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils and helping create a positive, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children during lessons and learning activities
• Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils of varying abilities
• Providing tailored SEN support to help pupils reach their full potential
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and organisation
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
