Full-Time Secondary Teaching Assistant – BS16
School Hours | Term Time Only | Full-Time Position

This role involves supporting students throughout the school day, helping them stay engaged with learning, build confidence within the classroom, and providing additional support where needed. You’ll be working closely with teaching staff and supporting students both academically and emotionally.

The school is looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff. Previous experience working with young people, schools, sports coaching, youth work, care, or support work would be beneficial.

This is a full-time role during school hours and term time only, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions for the right candidate.
