Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) within secondary schools around Middlesbrough, starting in September and on and ongoing basis.

The Role

Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Help create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
Support classroom management and contribute to a focused learning atmosphere
Who We’re Looking For

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a similar educational support role.
A genuine interest in working with young people and pursuing a career in education
An understanding of SEND needs (such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language) is highly desirable
