About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming infant school in Upminster. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil, alongside delivering small group interventions to support learning and development across the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil
• Deliver targeted small group interventions
• Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Monitor progress and adapt support strategies as needed
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
