Devonshire Primary Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 4 (TA4) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference to children’s lives.

This is a temporary position from 01/09/2026 to 31/08/2027, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time plus one week (5 inset days).

The role of TA4 at Devonshire Primary Academy is both varied and rewarding, involving whole‐school cover from Preschool through to Year 6. This provides a unique opportunity to build strong relationships across all age groups and to support children at every stage of their educational journey. Due to the dynamic nature of school life, the role requires a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness, as priorities can change quickly. The successful candidate will embrace this with enthusiasm, adapting confidently to ensure that learning remains purposeful, consistent and centred on the needs of every child.
