Bateen World Academy seeks an outstanding teacher for the 2026‑2027 academic year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Very good or outstanding teaching record.
• Teaching across ability ranges with proven success.
• Experience working in more than one International School.
• Experience teaching IB and IGCSE.
• Knowledge of UAE Ministry of Education and ADEK regulations.
• Commitment to the school's vision, IB philosophy and mission statement.
• Passion for education and a belief in each student's potential.
• Ability to work under pressure, problem‑solve, handle challenging situations and demonstrate resilience.
• Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
• Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
