Teacher Assistant – Early Intervention Centre We are looking for a caring, patient, and responsible Teacher Assistant to support children with developmental delays and special educational needs in a structured early intervention setting.
Key Responsibilities - Assist teachers in conducting individual and group learning activities.
- Support children’s communication, social, academic, behavioural, and self-help goals.
- Implement visual schedules, prompting, reinforcement, and behaviour-support strategies.
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, toileting, feeding, and hygiene when required.
- Prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, clean, and organised classroom.
- Record simple observations and provide feedback to the teaching team.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, supervisors, and parents.
