• Assist HOD and teachers in preparing teaching and learning resources.

Support Science Department with lab maintenance, experiment prep, and store management.

Supervise students during morning, recess, dismissal, enrichment programs, and school events.

Conduct Optical Answer Sheet (OAS) scanning and assist with administrative tasks.

Accompany teachers for CCA activities, performances, competitions, and learning journeys.

Perform other duties as assigned by school leadership.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in general administration in learning institutions.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

1 year contract (Option to extend 1 year) 5 April 2026 to 4 Apr 2027

Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break.
