About the Role
The role involves managing end-to-end application packaging requests and ensuring quality assurance of each application according to company standards.

Responsibilities
Manage end to end application packaging request: request validation → pre-packaging → build → smoke test → repository publishing → SQA testing → UAT → production rollout (Intune/SCCM).
Execute enterprise packaging processes such as PRF/source validation, complexity assessment in ServiceNow, Application Owner communication, dependency review, UAT machine/user readiness, upgrade/retirement logic, and compliance with packaging standards.
Manage production rollouts via CRs, wave-based deployments, maintenance window alignment, maker-checker validation, and rollback governance.
Perform comprehensive install/uninstall/upgrade/rollback testing across Windows 11, macOS etc. ensuring zero-defect readiness prior to UAT.
