Responsibilities - Transfer Pricing: discussion to establish TP policies (TP method, TP benchmark and margins applicable) and alignment of TP policies with corporate restructuring projects; preparation of annual control evidencing compliance with TP policies; support preparation of Country‑by‑Country Report, Master File and Local Files; map and validate existing intercompany agreements from a TP perspective.
