Job Summary
Responsible for providing tax support to business segments; the identification and reporting of imperative tax issues, such as tax savings and tax controversy mitigation; and implementation of federal and state tax legislation. Support the preparation of tax structuring, research models, tax planning and analyses of complex tax positions and transactions for the purpose of presenting to senior leaders.
