We’re seeking a collaborative and driven Tax Manager to join our Tax team and focus on international taxes in jurisdictions outside of the United States. The role leads critical project management, communications, and operational efforts within a multi‑functional global finance team. This position will have two direct reports.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of international GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory tax provisions, including working with Elasticians across various teams and external auditors.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and reporting as a public company.
Oversee and manage external consultants to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, R&D credit studies, foreign tax returns, Pillar2, and transfer pricing compliance.
