Cape Joy is seeking a strategic, driven leader to oversee our direct-to-consumer business, driving the company's Wine Club growth, and elevate the Cape Joy guest experience. This role combines operational excellence, sales strategy, and brand stewardship across the Tasting Room and Wine Club. Requirements 5+ years' management experience in luxury hospitality, wine, tourism, or DTC sales. Proven track record in Wine Club growth and management. Strong understanding of hospitality compliance (food safety, liquor licensing, Occupational Health and Safety). Experience developing, implementing, and auditing SOP's in a hospitality setting. Advanced proficiency in GAAP and CRM systems. WSET Level 2 minimum; Level 3 advantageous. Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills.
