As a Talent Supply Chain Administration Specialist, you’ll become a part of a cross‑functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

• Adding and maintaining candidate data in the database
• Managing GDPR consent and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• Handling tasks related to the Internal Referral Program
• Collaborating with recruitment agencies and managing their referrals
• Working with internal system in terms of vacancy opening process and related tasks
• Publishing job advertisements on the Ciklum career site and external job boards
• Overseeing the management of job advertisements, including ensuring accuracy, verifying posting validity, and monitoring expiration dates across all job boards
