▪ Own the initial candidate recruitment experience in partnership with our onsite Talent Advisors.

▪ Provide information about the organization and position and promote our employer brand online and offline.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals.
