            Responsibilities Design, implement, and launch strategic Talent projects using AI, workflow automations, and cutting-edge technology. 
Optimize recruiting workflows, including interview scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management. 
Identify and integrate new Talent tools to constantly upgrade the company's tech ecosystem. 
Design best-in-class Talent processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
Implement a data strategy to ensure all talent decisions are data-driven. 
Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to surface bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel. 
Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment best practices. 
Requirements Previous experience working within or directly with Talent functions.
