You are responsible for the entire selection process (calls, physical interviews…) and recruitment, including the onboarding of our new consultants
You will be in charge of the consultant’s career path (training & certification)
You also provide the necessary communication and feedback to the candidates and the internal management
Ensure the relevance between candidates and current open positions
Assess training and coaching needs in order to improve effectiveness and design career plans
Coordinate and follow up the needs with the Barcelona team
Ensure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines, and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local HR action plan that is operationally implemented and lived up to
Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and internal projects
