- Perform tasks within Company Academy related to training administration, training records, reporting, end-user support, and help requests.
- Manage and respond to Company -Training inbox inquiries, including support for mandatory compliance training.
- Maintain communication with the Company Master Data team for SAP updates impacting Company Academy.
- Maintain and update Peak Performance application data and troubleshoot end-user issues with a deep understanding of the app’s functionality and configuration, generate reports.
