Administer talent processes including talent identification, classification, and succession planning cycles 
Coordinate talent discussions with HRBPs and business leaders 
Track and maintain talent data, dashboards, and reporting insights 
Support development planning and interventions for identified talent pools 
Monitor progress and readiness levels of high‑potential employees 
Assist in preparation of materials for talent reviews and leadership discussions 
 Graduate Talent Management (Post‑Hire)  Support administration of graduate programmes (e.g., The Complete Banker, ASEAN Scholarship, Commercial Banking Apprentice Programme, etc.) 
Coordinate onboarding, rotations, and progression tracking for graduate hires
