Ashley Kate HR & Finance are partnering with our global client as they recruit a Talent Specialist into their dedicated HR function.
We're looking for a proactive and people‑focused Talent Specialist to help shape the future of their UK workforce. In this role, you'll support the full talent lifecycle developing high‑potential employees, ensuring their people have the tools, opportunities and support they need to grow.

The role:

• Manager Development - Promote and train managers in using Group development tools such as mentoring, job shadowing, 360° feedback and IDPs, providing guidance, upskilling and supporting documentation.
• Training Supplier Management - Select, coordinate and manage external training providers to meet business development needs.
