The Talent Consultant is a reliable in house recruitment specialist, responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across our core capabilities: Design, Delivery, Technology, and Data. This role focuses on operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company can meet its multidisciplinary digital workforce needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to onboarding, including initial screening and structured assessments across a varied portfolio of vacancies.
