Job Description

Support the team in valuation and advisory mandates for Swiss and foreign real estate investors and financial institutions with large real estate portfolios. Work independently or with a team of experts to develop a sound basis for decision‑making.

• Real estate valuations, using the discounted cash flow method and other methods.
• Economic analyses of properties and construction projects.
• Utilisation concepts and profitability calculations.
• Sustainability assessment of properties.
• Property analyses and strategic consulting.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in Architecture, (Environmental) Engineering, Economics with a focus on real estate—or related fields of study.
