Talent Acquisition Specialist - Workforce PlanningReporting to the Sr. Manager, Workforce Planning, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and coordination of high-volume craft and support roles. This includes ensuring project sites are staffed efficiently, safely, and on schedule with qualified employees—creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
The Specialist will play a key role in planning and executing workforce strategies for large industrial Turnarounds, supporting the recruitment of several hundred positions across various disciplines including HSE, Administrative, QC, and skilled trades. This position works closely with field operations, forecasting teams, and site leadership to align workforce supply with project demand.
