Position Purpose

The Specialist - Talent Acquisition assists with hiring, beginning as soon as a candidate accepts the offer and continuing until their first day of joining. They follow up with candidates who have pending drug tests or background checks and if there is an unsigned or pending offer. We welcome new hires to our organization and provide an orientation to help them acclimate.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiates and monitors background checks.
• Facilitates candidate offers.
• Provides assistance to candidates related to the recruitment process.
• Discusses onboarding pre-employment requirements, provides assistance and follows up with candidates as necessary.
• Responsible for collecting all required documents and coordinating hiring-related activities.
• Responsible for conducting regular audit checks to ensure consistency and compliance of the TA process.
