Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for handling the full hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate journey. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, create effective sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines. • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
