Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across a variety of functions including sales, marketing, client advocacy, and tech. You'll play a key part in ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and supporting Software Finder’s rapid growth with top‑tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer roll‑out for assigned roles.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
• Conduct initial screening calls and HR rounds to evaluate candidate experience, skillset, and cultural alignment.
