System One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Freeport, TX for a contract opportunity.

Responsibilities


+ Support the recruiting team by proactively sourcing talent, building relationships, and expediting the onboarding process.

+ Partner with Talent Acquisitions Recruiters to develop strategies supporting current and upcoming staffing needs.

+ Develop detailed job descriptions, screening questions, and tool lists specific to positions based on scope of work.

+ Source candidates from multiple internal and external pools.

+ Screen candidates to ensure qualification for positions to be filled.
