Description
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for exempt, non-exempt, technical, professional, and leadership positions.
+ Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
+ Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
+ Conduct reference checks, coordinate screenings, and facilitate employment offers.
+ Build and maintain talent pipelines through traditional and innovative sourcing methods, including networking events, job fairs, professional associations, social media, and online recruiting platforms.
+ Collaborate with sourcing resources to identify and attract diverse, qualified candidate pools.
