Position Purpose

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a mission to engage, excite and attract the best talents across functions and seniorities. Reporting to our Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work on roles across the region.

You will be responsible for end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition processes, developing strong relationships internally and externally to ensure effective sourcing and a robust candidate pipeline. In addition, you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment life cycle operations including job offer process and reporting activities e.g., status and recruitment budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Custodian of Talent Acquisition policies (e.g., recruitment, referral) with periodic reviews.
• Manage the full recruitment process to deliver timely hiring needs; including job briefing, job posting, interview/assessment approach, offer negotiation and reference checks.
