Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcing Consultant works collaboratively with the TA Specialists / Partners to execute search, attraction and engagement activities that build high-quality pipelines and reduce time-to-hire for priority, repeatable and hard-to-fill roles. The role focuses on proactive market mapping, talent pooling, database mining, research, Boolean searching, direct sourcing, outreach and light screening to ensure a steady supply of ready-now candidates while promoting EVP and delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
