Job Description
You will be responsible for strategically executing the end-to-end hiring process, while ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR on hiring strategy
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation) for the regional/functional segment
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Use market insights to advise leaders
- Master ops excellence by using available technologies to improve efficiency and quality to accomplish the delivery plan
- Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with the GTA Manager
