Responsibilities:
Be a strategic partner to hiring managers to define needs and design hiring processes to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
Manage full cycle recruiting process from source to close.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies both individually and with team to build a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates.
