Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across LUMINA and help shape how we attract and secure talent as we scale. Working closely with hiring managers, you will run live searches across our technical and commercial teams – from autonomy, AI, software and controls engineering through to mechanical, test and development, finance and operations.
The role demands someone equally comfortable delivering hands-on recruitment and improving the systems behind it, sourcing hard-to-find candidates, advising the business on hiring decisions, and bringing structure, data and consistency to a fast-growing talent function.
