12 month Contract, Immediate Hire AutoCanada is looking for a Fixed Operations recruiter to work directly with our VP of Fixed Operations over the next 12 months. This role is specializing in recruiting technicians, advisors, managers and parts staff. This role will partner directly with dealerships to build strong teams in competitive markets. This is not a traditional corporate recruiting role. Success in this position comes from building credibility quickly, understanding dealership operations, speaking the language of Fixed Ops, and operating with urgency alongside Service and Parts leaders.
