We are looking for a high-impact Technical Recruiter (contract role) with deep expertise in semiconductor hiring to support large-scale technician recruitment in Singapore. This role focuses on sourcing and delivering skilled manufacturing talent (e.g., cleanroom technicians, equipment technicians, operators) at speed to support critical production ramp-ups.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Semiconductor Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor manufacturing roles, including Equipment Technicians, Manufacturing / Production Technicians, Cleanroom Operators, Maintenance Technicians.
• Deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a fast‑paced, ramp‑up environment.
• Build ready pipelines for recurring technician positions.
• Engage passive candidates with relevant semiconductor or cleanroom experience.
