Talent Acquisition Officer

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of high-quality candidates for various positions within Origo.

This role involves active sourcing of candidates, managing job advertisements, process referrals, and coordinating the interview process with hiring managers and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific job requirements and refine job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to meet the recruitment needs as per the Manpower Requisition Form (MRF).
• Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
