Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates and conducting phone screenings to identify qualified individuals.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Observe and assist in managing applicants onsite.
• Assist candidates with online profile creation and assessment taking.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
