As a talent acquisition intern who is passionate about candidate experience and company culture you will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates for open roles.
- Candidate Screening, reviewing resumes and conduct initial outreach to gauge candidate interest and alignment with our values.
- Interview Coordination and managing the behind-the-scenes logistics, including scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Assisting in creating content for our careers page or social media to showcase our company culture.
- ATS Management through Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up-to-date, automate actions to facilitate the hiring process and make it tech-driven.
