The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for conducting hiring procedures through selection & identification of resources to fill in the requisitions of the company within the agreed SLA.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

• Conduct in-person, phone, or online interviews with candidates; travel offsite as necessary

• Ensure fulfillment of requisitions across all levels within the organization

• Determine applicant qualifications through in-depth interviews and appropriate skills tests; make sound

recommendations and key asks to hiring managers

• Coordinate and follow through on interviews with hiring managers

• Conduct job offers and manage hiring documentation, ensuring all required documents are completed, sent,

and signed

• Conduct background and reference calls as part of new hire pre-employment requirements
