Reporting to the Director, Talent Management & Total Rewards, this role provides day-to-day support for a wide range of recruitment activities. Key responsibilities include responding to routine inquiries, managing job postings and applications, drafting offer letters, supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle, and providing onboarding support to new employees. The incumbent also plays a key role in improving processes and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
This position involves managing a high volume of tasks with competing priorities and shifting deadlines. Strong coordination with both internal HR colleagues, the MRU community and potential candidates is essential.
