CerealBox is looking for a Recruitment Manager based in Lahore, Pakistan, to oversee the entire hiring process. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the office and focuses on building efficient recruitment systems and sourcing top talent.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and possess experience in recruitment, including creating job descriptions and managing applicant tracking systems. In addition, you will be responsible for developing onboarding plans and performance metrics in collaboration with the Ops Manager.
