What you’ll be doing
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, conducting interviews, sourcing passive talent, running assessments, and performing pre‑employment checks.
Providing ongoing support to stakeholders throughout the process, actively promoting and encouraging workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment.
Proactively source top‑tier talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
Outline employer branding initiatives in line with company expectations and work closely with the marketing or communication department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
