This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR/recruitment professional
looking to focus on partner hires. The team is led by the Head of
People Advisory and consists of a Manager, to whom this role will be supporting.
Alongside the day-to-day, you will be encouraged to take on project
work and make connections across the wider firm. This may include
volunteering to sit on one of the firm's EDI committees, providing and
implementing ideas to improve the recruitment experience, and
contributing to our external and internal recruitment pages, e.g.
LinkedIn and the Intranet.
The role will suit someone who has experience in a busy recruitment
team, whether in-house or in an agency environment. It could also suit
someone who is wanting to make the step up to Advisor level, having
gained solid experience as an Assistant, or equally an experienced
