Description and Requirements

Provide hands-on operational and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment execution, system accuracy, and timely hiring delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data
• Assist with offer documentation and support approval workflows
• Liaise with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Ops, and internal stakeholders

Requirements
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
