            Job Description   
Responsibilities: 
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician 
Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and report any changes promptly 
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety 
Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other clinical procedures 
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding 
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems 
Collect laboratory specimens, including blood draws, and perform basic diagnostic tests 
Monitor blood glucose levels and administer insulin as ordered 
Initiate and monitor IV fluids (as per state scope of practice) 
Provide patient and family education on medications, treatments, and care plans
