About the role

The Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to, storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualization and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring. What you’ll do:

• Escalation support for all incidents and requests using JIRA service desk
• Support of storage requests
• Monitors and maintains a variety of physical and logical systems
• Administration of the OS images and Linux/Windows application packages
• Management of the licenses servers and services
• Support of the Render farm (software)
